What is a Beach Body Challenge Group???

A challenge group (or what I like to call an accountability group) is where you can get together with others on your same journey and find support and inspiration while you are on your health and fitness journey. It is a support group that is done through a closed Facebook group where only you and others in the group have access to the information.

As your coach I will be there helping you to have all the tools and inspiration needed for you to reach your specific health and fitness goals using one of our amazing programs like 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, 22 Minute Hard Corps, Body Beast, or The Master’s Hammer and Chisel.

While in the group you will follow the nutritional guidelines that are set by the program of your choosing while also adding in Shakeology daily as a meal replacement or in addition to a meal. It is important to note that Shakeology is not protein shake or diet drink. It is a superfoods supplement that is full of vitamins, minerals, as well as pre and probiotics. To get more information check out : Shakeology

I will post in the group daily and help with creating a meal plan, give you recipe ideas, snack ideas, motivation, and accountability. By interacting with the rest of the challenge (accountability) group you will also be entered in to win some awesome prizes that are always announced at the beginning of the group. We are all in this together and that is what makes the groups such a powerful tool for change.

Real Transformations:

On completion of your program, you can submit your results to earn a free t-shirt, the chance to win prizes like $500 cash (given away daily by Beach Body) all the way up to a $100,000 Grand Prize!

Be sure to ask about the awesome new Fixate cookbook.

Or simply order here: Fixate or with the containers here: With containers
