Note from me:

I really love this program because of how much it has helped me increase my flexibility. I have not ran an entire round of this program, but use it between my rounds of the 21 Day Fix or the 21 Day Fix Extreme.  I tend to lift heavy, so making sure I stretch the muscles out is very important to keep from over straining them.
