WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO JOIN THE CHANGEONFIRE CHALLENGE?

I decided that it was time to put myself first. From the time I was a teenager until now, I have never been happy with my image. I decided to start this journey to change that.

WHAT HAVE YOU GAINED FROM THE EXPERIENCE?

I have gained a vast knowledge of the good and bad things I was doing to myself and how to either continue with the good, or change the bad.

WHAT STRUGGLES OR CHALLENGES HAVE YOU OVERCOME?

I have a bad tendency to get down on myself. I also work a very hectic work schedule so sometimes that makes things hard. I have decided not to let those things stand in my way and work through them.

FAVORITE WORKOUT?

Country Heat!

FAVORITE GO-TO HEALTHY FOODS?

Fruits and veggies. So easy to keep those on hand for when you don't have time for anything else.

HOW DO YOU KEEP YOURSELF MOTIVATED?

My family helps me do that. I can always count on them to keep me going!

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT YOURSELF NOW?

I am still working on that! I feel way better about myself than I did before I started this journey, but still have a long way to go!

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE SOMEONE WHO’S JUST STARTING OUT ON HER HEALTH AND FITNESS JOURNEY?

Do it for you! Not because someone tells you you need to! When you decided to take this journey for yourself, its easy to keep going because YOU want to.
