I absolutely love this program. I started with the original 21 day Fix after doing Hip, Hop, Abs after getting my release from the doctor to workout again. I absolutely love the original fix, but after a while I noticed that I needed a change and bumping up my weights wasn't doing it. That is when I bumped up to this awesome program. Not only does it still follow the awesome portion controlled container system as the original 21 Day Fix, but the workouts are taken up a notch so you really know you are going to feel them in the morning. Something to note for those interested in this version of the program. There is a lot more jumping, so if you have any types of knee or joint injuries be sure to consult your doctor before starting this or any other workout program.
